2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To access betting and gaming services on cke444, you must register a personal account. Registration is open to individuals who meet all of the eligibility criteria set out below. cke444 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. cke444 operates a strict 18+ policy and conducts age verification checks at registration and before processing the first withdrawal. Players who are found to be under 18 will have their accounts closed immediately.
• Residency: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited under applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether the use of cke444 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are prohibited by law from entering into gambling contracts, you are not permitted to use cke444.
• One Account Only: You may hold only one registered account on cke444. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — regardless of name variation, payment method, or device — constitute a breach of these terms and will result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. You must notify cke444 immediately if any of your registered details change by contacting [email protected].
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of cke444 or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners.

cke444 is required to verify the identity of all account holders as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be requested to submit one or more of the following documents at any time: a valid government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions, including the suspension of withdrawal requests. cke444 will process all submitted KYC documents within three business days and will notify you of the outcome via your registered email address.

4. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on cke444 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, game, or market. By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that product. cke444's Sports Betting Rules and Casino Game Rules are available in full within the relevant sections of the platform.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. In-play odds are subject to change in real time; the odds that apply are those confirmed at the moment the bet is accepted by the platform.
• cke444 covers over 60,000 monthly sports events including BPL cricket, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers test and ODI matches, Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, and local Bangladesh football and kabaddi.
• cke444 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, at obviously incorrect odds, or where the outcome of the event was already known at the time the bet was placed.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or cancelled will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules. In most cases, unsettled bets on cancelled events are voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event, market, and account tier. These limits are visible within the betting interface at the time of bet placement and may vary based on your account history and verification status.
• Accumulator bets (parlays) are permitted. All legs of an accumulator must be settled before the combined return is credited to your account balance.

As a registered player on cke444, you agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose of legitimate betting and gaming entertainment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where applicable.

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: You must not provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification, or in any communication with cke444 support staff.
• Automated Software: The use of bots, scripts, automated betting tools, or any software that interacts with the cke444 platform in a non-human manner is strictly prohibited. This includes any tool that scrapes odds data, automates bet placement, or manipulates game outcomes.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider for any deposit made to cke444 while simultaneously retaining funds or winnings from that deposit constitutes fraudulent conduct. cke444 reserves the right to recover all such amounts and to close the associated account permanently.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market is forbidden. This includes angle shooting in poker-format games and any form of co-ordinated betting in live dealer environments.
• Exploitation of Errors: If cke444 displays incorrect odds, bonus amounts, game payouts, or any other information due to a technical error, you must not exploit that error. Any winnings generated through the exploitation of a system error are void and will be recovered.
• Prohibited Jurisdictions: You must not access or use cke444 from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to comply with the laws of your own jurisdiction.
• Money Laundering: cke444 must not be used as a vehicle for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. Any suspicious financial activity will be reported to the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
• Harmful Behaviour: Any abusive, threatening, harassing, or otherwise harmful behaviour directed toward cke444 staff, support agents, or other players will result in immediate account termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cke444 and its affiliates, directors, employees, technology partners, and game providers shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the cke444 platform. This includes but is not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other economic loss arising from reliance on information provided on the platform.

cke444 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While cke444 invests significantly in maintaining high platform uptime and security, temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond cke444's control may occur. In such circumstances, cke444's liability is limited to the return of any unsettled bet stakes affected by the outage.

You accept that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that the outcome of any bet or game is uncertain. cke444 cannot be held responsible for any financial loss that results from your voluntary decision to place bets or wagers on the platform. You agree that you are gambling with money that you can afford to lose and that you have not been induced to gamble by any representation made by cke444 that guaranteed or implied a positive financial return.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and cke444 and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, or understandings — whether written or oral — relating to the subject matter herein. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Any failure by cke444 to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of that right or provision.
